Meeting Dates & Payment Process

All meetings take place the second Tuesday of the quarter at the Mystic YMCA, 1 Harry Austin Dr., just off of Mason's Island Road, Mystic at 7:00 pm.  Meetings last approximately 45-50 minutes.  All are welcome - please join us.

PAYMENT PROCESS AND LATE PAYMENT POLICY

To pay by check

Members are asked to bring a blank check with them to the meeting. If you are unable to attend, either give your blank check to a member to deliver on your behalf, mail a blank check in beforehand, or mail/deliver a completed check immediately after meeting minutes are delivered to your email.
To pay by check, make your check for $100 out to the ORGANIZATION that has received the donation (NOT the Power of Together) and leave it in your member envelope after the meeting. If mailing it in, mail it to Karen Stone, 217 Noank Rd., Mystic, CT 06355. If you prefer you can hand deliver your check to Karen's house. (Please do not mail your check directly to the recipient.)

To pay by credit card

To pay online by credit card through Givinga, our online giving partner, a link will be sent to your email along with the meeting minutes a day or so after each meeting. 

Late payment policy

Please understand our organization is run by volunteers and tracking down late payments requires effort and is time-consuming.  In order to ensure timely delivery of the POT2 donation to the chosen organization, our payment policy requires all members to deliver their payment within 3 weeks of the meeting date.  A maximum of two reminders will be sent. After this time, the payment will be considered missed.  After 2 missed payments, the member will be asked to resign their membership from the Power of Together, unless extenuating circumstances exist. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
